8:00 – 10:30 | Hotel Pick-up Departure from hotels and pre-arranged meeting points in comfortable, air-conditioned tourist transport. Transfer to Hacienda Park, located in the Punta Cana area.

11:00 | Arrival at the park and registration. Arrival at the park, registration of participants and distribution of access passes. General presentation of the park and explanation of the safety rules.

11:30 | Safety briefing and equipment assignment. Brief induction by specialized staff. Distribution of safety equipment according to the selected activities.
